Liz Bowden is a member of the Decriminalize Nature team, trained earth medicine facilitator, ReWild coach, microdosing mentor, and transformational breathwork guide. 

She has lived on off-grid permaculture farms, hitchhiked throughout Patagonia, taught yoga on palm-filled islands, sat with master plant teachers, and led retreats in the jungle. Life’s rich experiences and time spent in nature are her greatest teachers. 

After a decade of consuming pharmaceuticals, Liz took a deep dive into earth medicine and Breathwork as a way to re-regulate her nervous system and to heal childhood trauma, years of negative self-talk, and a feeling of deep disconnection. Liz believes the intentional use of earth medicines, including entheogens (psychedelic) can be a profound ally on our healing paths. 

As a member of the decriminalize nature team, she is passionate about health sovereignty and creating access to and educating on these entheogenic earth medicines that have changed her life so that her community also has the opportunity to heal and thrive.

Through her soul-centered business, ReWild Spirit, Liz offers intuitive coaching and microdosing mentorship to help individuals shed old patterns and addictions, reconnect to their body's wisdom, embody their true selves, and live in full authenticity. Her sessions and retreats are designed to nourish the essential connection between the body, soul, and earth.
