Marrow & Myth
A Seasonal Journey into Embodied Remembering
Wintering: A Descent into Reflection, Myth, and Inner Fire
A sacred 8-week journey for women crossing thresholds, crafting new myths, and tending the quiet soil of winter together.
Jan 6 – Feb 24, 2026 | Only 8 Spots Available
We meet once a week. Tentative: Tuesdays 5:30 PM EST | Final day + time set with group feedback. Sessions run 75–90 minutes.
This winter invites us to root in the quiet and listen for what’s alive beneath the surface.
Through myth-making, meditation, breathwork, and ritual, we’ll explore the initiatory nature of winter—descent, reflection, and slow regeneration.
Together, we’ll tend both body and story, learning from the minerals that sustain us and the myths that reshape us—remembering that this season of stillness is also one of deep restoration and profound metamorphosis.
Herbalism meets Mysticism. Bone Broth meets Breathwork. And a touch of Magical Witchery.
An optional Microdosing path is available to deepen your journey.
Exchange: $500 or $450 each if you join with a friend
Holiday Gift: Take an additional $50 off if paid before Dec. 15th.
Sessions will be recorded for replay.
Let’s Winter.
Welcome, Wild One.
You’ve entered a different kind of space.
Every woman I know is standing at a threshold.
Tired of performing.
Hungry for truth.
Craving something deeper than content—something older than “self-care.”
Marrow & Myth was born from that edge.
I’ve lived the extremes—the bright spiritual spaces that refused to touch shadow, and the grind that celebrated burnout. I’ve malnourished myself in the name of devotion, fasting with master plants while ignoring the simple mineral needs of my bones. I thought intensity meant evolution. I thought holiness required disappearing.
I’ve softened my truth to be likable.
I’ve bypassed my sacred bitch to keep the peace.
I’ve played the good girl until I mothered myself into a woman who can hold a hard conversation without abandoning herself.
I’ve compared myself to other women, forgetting sisterhood has been our original survival strategy.
And on vision quest, I didn’t find answers on a mountaintop. I found them in the soft, steady wisdom of moss—in the humility of sitting still long enough to become the forest floor itself.
Those initiations became my mythic descent.
Not metaphor—medicine.
Myth showed me that what I thought was personal was actually archetypal.
That my rupture was a rite of passage.
That my hunger was a doorway.
This offering was born from that remembering.
And from the ache of our times—distraction, disembodiment, glowing screens, curated truths.
From watching the Earth stripped of her wildness.
From the loneliness women feel when they carry their thresholds alone.
We’re being called back.
Back to soil.
Back to body.
Back to what is actually real.
To listen again.
To restore the intelligence of our cycles.
To tend the bones of our humanity.
Because this isn’t simply a return to ourselves.
It’s a return to the mythic lineage of being human—within Earth, community, and kin.
So I ask you, honestly:
What remains when everything performative falls away? Let’s kneel to that.
Let’s make meaning of that.
Let’s remember together.
If you’re done walking your initiation alone—
if you’re ready to be met in your fullness, to integrate what you’ve lived, and to rise in sisterhood—
Marrow & Myth is here.
As you are. As I am. As we become.
This is for you if…
You crave ritual that roots you,
teachings that remember the old ways,
and conversations that drop you into your bones.
You’re longing to learn rooted and ancestral ways to live, heal, and nourish yourself and your loved ones—through plants, folk wisdom, and embodied care.
You’ve died and been reborn more times than you can count. Healing, for you, isn’t linear—it’s a spiral path of remembering and returning.
You know the stories we tell shape the world we live in—and you’re ready to weave new myths that root in truth, lineage, and possibility.
You’ve left behind the pressure to be endlessly productive—or endlessly positive. You’re here for what’s real.
You’ve tasted both shadow and sweetness
and you crave a space that honors all of it.
Not just the bloom, but the compost.
You know your healing is not just for you—
it’s ancestral, cellular, communal, and earth-rooted.
You’ve felt the ache of being the “deep one” in the room—
too much, too tender, too awake—
and you’re ready to be met in your wholeness by women who get it.
You’re not here for surface-level sisterhood. You want something feral and sacred—where truth is met with depth, not distance.
And you’re longing to be witnessed, challenged, and called home
to the woman you’ve always been becoming.
If your body is humming with a yes—
welcome, you already belong.

✦ Breathwork & The Descent Inward

✦ Myth, Archetype & Story Medicine
Study feminine and seasonal archetypes, listen to old myths, and learn to weave your own. Discover how story can mirror, heal, and reshape your becoming.
✦ Creating Your Living Myth
Craft your own myth from the marrow of your experience—a story that reflects where you’ve been, what you’re shedding, and who you’re becoming.
✦ Winter as Restoration for Deep(er) Creation
Winter is not the absence of creation — it is the womb of it.
This season of darkness is fertile ground, where life retreats not to disappear, but to deepen. The more we allow ourselves to restore, gestate, and slow down in winter, the more layered, embodied, and truthful our creations become in the seasons ahead.
Tentative Schedule
Why myth?
Because when the human heart forgets its way, story becomes the map that guides us home.
And currently our culture is lost. We’ve forgotten how to be human. Forgotten how to relate, how to support one another, how to help carry each other’s burdens. Forgotten how to tend the web of life in ways that nourish future generations rather than threaten them.
Myth has pulled me out of egoic spirals and placed me back in the hands of a benevolent, animate world. Where moss listens and the raven’s wing holds me.
Myth is medicine for our fractured culture. Myth mends the individualistic conditioning that tells me I have to carry everything alone, that I must somehow save this mighty world.
Instead, myth returns me to the arms of the Great Mother— to the living land, to the more-than-human world, to the reminder that I am held, guided, and part of something vast and ancient.
It reminds me that perhaps I’m not here to save anything, but to trust the greater forces moving through and all around us—like Ganesha, Inanna, Gaia, or Falling Sky Woman.
Myth is how we learn to keep walking with a broken heart. How we come to understand that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, but in relationship—with story, with land, with lineage, with animals and song. It’s what brings us back to mundane magic when the world goes dim.
It’s how we remember our own inherent worthiness within a living, entangled, wondrous whole.
Introducing
Marrow & Myth
A seasonal space to feed your bones and remember your magic.
In this season of descent, we gather to tend both the physical and the mythic body.
We’ll explore the minerals that sustain us, move through transformational breathwork to access deep inner wisdom, be witnessed and supported in our initiations, and practice the art of myth-making within an intimate circle of women.
Together, we’ll rewrite the stories that no longer serve and tend the inner soil in preparation for spring’s new growth—reclaiming winter as a season of deep restoration and quiet transformation.
Because how we winter determines how we rise.

Meet Liz, the weaver of the space:
I’m Liz—earth medicine woman, breathwork guide, and devoted steward of sacred thresholds.
My path has taken me from off-grid jungles to ceremonial fires, from city hustle to quiet land stewardship. I’ve walked through loss, rebirth, and radical remembering. I’ve sat with master plants, buried my hands in the soil, and rewritten ancestral stories on the land my father left behind.
Along the way, I’ve had the honor of learning from incredible herbalists and ritual-keepers such as Lala Palmieri, Souzie Boerema, Sarah Wu, Ashley McDonell, Julia Bentley, and Laura Dawn—each one offering threads of wisdom that continue to shape how I live, listen, and lead.
Marrow & Myth was born from these initiations—a place for women to return to the bones of what matters, together. This isn’t about ascension. It’s about rooting. Rewilding. Reclaiming the magic, the mess, and the mystery of being a woman alive in these times.
This space was born from that commitment. Not to teach from a pedestal—but to weave a circle. To hold a hearth for other wise women to gather and share their stories, their craft, and their medicine.
Marrow & Myth isn’t a platform for my voice alone. It’s a garden I’m tending—a seasonal, living space where women can root in together, share wisdom, and remember what’s been forgotten.
Through breath, story, ritual, and remembering, I hope this space helps women like you come home to yourself—and to the earth that has never forgotten you.

A Web
This space isn’t built on hierarchy. It’s not top-down teaching.
It’s a collective web of wisdom. Woven from your stories, insights, and lived experience.
Yes, I’ll offer practices, rituals, breathwork, and perspectives. Yes, there will be wise guest teachers. But your voice, your truth, and your medicine are just as vital. This space is co-created. You are not here to be filled. You are here to be witnessed, to offer, to receive.
Each offering is an invitation, not a directive.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.
Everything shared is a thread. May you weave it into your own beautiful tapestry.
Community-Led & Council-Fed
This sanctuary is evolving. Over time, it will be tended by a council of women who feel called to hold this space in sisterhood.
If you feel that call, now or in the future—reach out. This space is ours to shape.
Ethos of Marrow & Myth
We believe true transformation is cyclical, communal, and embodied.
This is not a place of perfection or performance—but of presence, practice, and realness.
We root into the wild feminine, the ancestral threads that brought us here, and the sacred intelligence of the body. Every woman is both student and teacher.
We’re not here to ascend.
We’re here to remember.
To reclaim what’s always been yours.
