Book a Breathwork Healing Session

Breathwork has changed my life and connected me to my body and inner wisdom on a far deeper level than I thought possible. This practice is an empowering tool for self-liberation.

It creates SPACE to process and a much needed pause to recalibrate and gain clarity in our fast-paced lives.

In this potent guided journey, you’ll use an active breathing technique to quiet the mind, awaken the body’s wisdom, and access the deeper layers of your subconscious. This practice is powerful for emotional release, clearing stagnant energy, processing grief, softening the nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner guidance. Each session is held with great care, and can feel both cathartic and deeply restorative— a full recalibration from the inside out.

Breathwork is for you if you wish to:

  • Move stuck and blocked energies and mindsets.

  • Access the body’s intrinsic wisdom.

  • Connect with your intuition.

  • Lighten and lift your vibration and mood.

  • Heal deep-seated trauma and narratives hidden within both the subconscious and the physical body.

  • Cultivate radical self-love, a nourishing mindset, emotional peace, and mental clarity.

Sessions are offered virtually in the comfort of your own home, or in-person at my in-home studio in Varina.

Virtual Pice: $150

In-person Price: $165

We hold the wisdom within to heal ourselves. By quieting the mind and allowing space for Soul, breathwork is key to unlocking this sacred knowledge.

Breathwork Disclaimer

Please note: breathwork is a powerful process and may not be appropriate for everyone. For safety reasons, people with the following conditions are generally advised to consult a doctor — and ideally refrain from intensive breathwork — before attending a session:

  • History of seizures or epilepsy

  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease (heart conditions, past heart attack or stroke)

  • Glaucoma, detached retina, or other serious eye conditions

  • Lung/respiratory conditions (e.g. severe asthma, COPD)

  • Severe mental health conditions, history of psychosis, recent psychiatric hospitalization, or currently unstable psychiatric state

Pregnancy: Breathwork can be safely adapted and supportive, but I ask all expecting mamas—especially in early or complicated pregnancy—to listen closely to their bodies, slow down, and avoid going as deep or intense. Always check with your provider if unsure.

Because this work can bring emotional and physical intensity (dizziness, tingling, hyperventilation, or strong emotion), please participate with self-awareness and at your own discretion.
