Group Breathwork Offerings
The Dojo Saturday1/24 & 2/14 HQ Monday 3/16 Details Below…
Breathwork at The Yoga Dojo 1/24 & 2/14:
In this potent, guided experience, you’ll be led through an active breathing technique designed to quiet the mind, access deeper layers of the subconscious, and allow emotion and energy to move naturally through the body. Guided by Liz, an experienced breathwork facilitator known for holding safe, intentional space, this journey invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
This practice supports emotional release, clears stagnant energy, softens the nervous system, and helps gently process grief while reconnecting you with your inner guidance. Each session is held with great care and often feels both cathartic and deeply restorative—a full recalibration from the inside out.
Breathwork is for you if you wish to:
• Move stuck energy and limiting patterns
• Strengthen intuition and body awareness
• Lift mood and energy
• Gently heal subconscious and somatic narratives
• Cultivate self-love, emotional peace, and mental clarity
*Please bring an eye mask along with your mat. Blankets and bolsters are provided.

Breathwork Disclaimer
Please note: breathwork is a powerful process and may not be appropriate for everyone. For safety reasons, people with the following conditions are generally advised to consult a doctor — and ideally refrain from intensive breathwork — before attending a session:
History of seizures or epilepsy
Uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease (heart conditions, past heart attack or stroke)
Glaucoma, detached retina, or other serious eye conditions
Lung/respiratory conditions (e.g. severe asthma, COPD)
Severe mental health conditions, history of psychosis, recent psychiatric hospitalization, or currently unstable psychiatric state
Pregnancy: Breathwork can be safely adapted and supportive, but I ask all expecting mamas—especially in early or complicated pregnancy—to listen closely to their bodies, slow down, and avoid going as deep or intense. Always check with your provider if unsure.
Because this work can bring emotional and physical intensity (dizziness, tingling, hyperventilation, or strong emotion), please participate with self-awareness and at your own discretion.
Breathwork at HQ with Brad Monday 3/16 5:30 PM
Liz will guide a powerful Breathwork Journey to help release the old, quiet the mind, and awaken the body’s inner wisdom—clearing space for new energy to flow in.
Brad will then serenade us with intimate acoustic songs to support integration. His music will help you soften into your intentions, anchor what’s been revealed, and embody the essence of who you’re becoming.
We’ll close with gentle space to share, connect, and ground before stepping into the year ahead.
**Please bring a mat, eyemask, blanket(s), and pillow for comfort during the session. Come cozy.**
Headquarters (@hqrva) will serve as our portal—a cozy, queer-owned coworking space in Forest Hill, providing a home-away-from-home vibe.
